Essential Job Duties:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Dispatcher certification within nine months.
  • Certification in National Crime Information Center.
  • Moderate Risk Background Investigation clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
  • Flexible work schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous dispatching experience preferred.
  • Experience in alarm monitoring and dispatch software.
  • Effective multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to handle conflicts professionally.

Safety Responsibilities:

  • Participate in company safety programs.
  • Report all incidents promptly.
  • Identify and report workplace hazards.
  • Engage in safety initiatives.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
