We are in search of a motivated and proactive Talent Development Partner to join our team. As a Talent Development Partner, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization's talent development initiatives while leveraging your experience in the field of learning and development.

We are only considering candidates for this role in Nashville and Dallas (hybrid working schedule: 2 days a week in office).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning and development needs across the organization.
  • Coordinate and implement learning programs and offerings aligned with the business needs.
  • Deploy global learning programs in the region.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and update career and professional development resources.
  • Identify and leverage learning technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide logistical support for training sessions and developmental activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build dashboards and utilize analytics to measure the progress and effectiveness of training and talent development programs, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations to advance learning and development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ experience and interest in talent development, learning and development, or a related area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Intermediate data analytics and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
