Talent Development Partner

We are only considering candidates for this role in Nashville and Dallas (hybrid working schedule: 2 days a week in office).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning and development needs across the organization.
- Coordinate and implement learning programs and offerings aligned with the business needs.
- Deploy global learning programs in the region.
- Collaborate with team members to create and update career and professional development resources.
- Identify and leverage learning technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide logistical support for training sessions and developmental activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Build dashboards and utilize analytics to measure the progress and effectiveness of training and talent development programs, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations to advance learning and development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ experience and interest in talent development, learning and development, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Intermediate data analytics and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
