Job Description

The R&D Engineer will report directly into the R&D Team Lead and be responsible for:

Conduct research to identify new materials and technologies for plastics manufacturing.Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize plastic formulations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate the performance and durability of plastic components.Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during product scale-up.
