Overview:

Frame is a suite of minimalist collaboration apps built to empower cross-teams and cross-department work in a beautiful minimalist digital environment. We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) to join our team at Frame. The EiR will work closely with the executive team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop and implement growth strategies, and drive innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entrepreneurship and business development, as well as a proven track record of success in launching and scaling businesses.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform growth strategies

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on growth initiatives

Work closely with the executive team to drive innovation and foster a culture of entrepreneurship within the organization

Provide mentorship and guidance to early-stage startups in the Frame network

Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem

Participate in events and conferences to represent Frame and promote its mission and vision

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school

Strong background in entrepreneurship and business development

Demonstrated success in launching and scaling businesses

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for startups and entrepreneurship

Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and investor landscape is a plus
