Your knowledge of online media combined with your interpersonal skills and analytical abilities crafts how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide world class client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of T-Ad's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

T-Ad's advertising sales team is a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers and agencies, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate our new to market ad solutions. Our team of entrepreneurial, hardworking and customer-focused team members are the "human face" of T-Ad's, helping agencies and brands to connect with their customers better and grow their businesses.

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions will be growing its enterprise sales efforts and is in need of a senior seller capable of scaling revenue across solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts across agencies and brands including building and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline, drive in quarter revenue against defined sales targets, and build broader coordinated partnerships with strategic clients.Identify and scale clients within core assigned verticals, with a particular focus on the Travel and Financial Services, providing value and thought leadership to T-Ads partners.Build strategic brand and agency partnerships using full T-Ads suite including programmatic media, CTV, Data, DOOH, and more.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent experience required.Work Experience:4-7 years Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements in Direct Data Sales and/or Media Sales with DataExperience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Relationship Development Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.High Performance Teams Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to thrive in a team environment.New Business Development Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.Advertising Sales Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.Communication Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.Critical Thinking: Capable of consultative selling identifying client needs and surfacing the most impactful solutions, analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growthCommunication: Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnershipsCollaboration: Work with client and internal team to improve value and business outcomesAdvertising: Knowledge of the advertising industry with particular understanding of Travel and Financial Services brands' needs and solutions.

New York Pay Range : $151, $205, The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
