Support will focus on sustainment and development (to include creating enhancements and additional data flows) of the PULSE tool, which is the primary dissemination platform for SIGINT reporting to the Intelligence Community and partners around the world, with tens of thousands of monthly users.

Telework is not expected for this role.

Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every six weeks).

On average, the team is paged for after-hours support approximately 1-2 times per month, with most issues resolvable by phone.
