Job Description

Collaborate with operations managers to establish and implement controls and enhancements.Coordinate effectively with customer service, sales, and clients to promptly address and resolve quality issues.Ensure that workflows, procedures, and products adhere to safety and SQF regulations.Guarantee that products meet both company and customer quality standards.Develop and enforce FFU quality specifications, test procedures, and equipment.Identify and apply quality statistical process control (SPC) systems.Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.Develop sampling plans using attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and provide recommendations.Monitor and evaluate quality performance.Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications.Ensure compliance with SQF requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements Include:

· Degree in Quality, Packaging, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

· 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.

· Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent project management skills.

· ASQ certification preferred.

Qualifications Include:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

· Master's degree is a plus for career growth

· Certification as CQE and/or training in QMS
