The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate with the client, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to ensure the design is consistent with the client's vision, to identify and resolve areas of conflict, to ensure a fully coordinated interdisciplinary design, and to ensure the design schedule is maintained.


• Participate in meetings and conference calls when deemed necessary.


• Become familiar with the codes that are applicable to the project.


• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other software to create drawings construction document packages.


• Develop and maintain company Revit/BIM standards, protocols, and execution.


• Modify architectural CAD/BIM files for use in MEP design drawings (clean-up, audit reference, troubleshoot).


• Create and maintain Revit families.


• Prepare projects for client submissions.


• Provide mentoring and guidance for colleagues.

What We Are Looking For:


• In possession of an Associate degree in Architectural Engineering or Computer Aided Drafting


• Two or more years of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM experiences.


• Exceptional communication and organization skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.


• Ability to work independently and efficiently upon receiving necessary direction and information.


• Thrive in fast-paced environments with desire to work efficiently.
