About the Role:
The Workday Manager is essential for supporting the HCM, Compensation, and Payroll modules of Workday. This position involves being a subject matter expert to offer both technical and strategic guidance for system issues, enhancements, and Workday releases. Additionally, the role focuses on reviewing, evaluating, and adjusting business processes to accommodate evolving needs.
Joining the team based in the Buckhead office with a hybrid work setup, you will play a crucial part in the following areas:
- Workday Support (70%):
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, gather requirements, propose solutions, and conduct impact analyses.
- Act as an escalation resource, providing Tier 3 technical support for production issues and ensuring data integrity in Workday.
- Offer guidance to other HR Technology partners and participate in training sessions to enhance policy compliance.
- Workday Release Testing/Training (30%):
- Train new system users, evaluate releases for optimization opportunities, and lead deployment activities.
- Contribute to communication strategies and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Workday experience with technical proficiency in system configuration.
- Strong consultative approach and excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities, familiarity with HR operations, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Desirable HR functional and system experience.
- PHR/SHPR certification is a plus.
