Serves as a Supervisory IT Specialist, for DCSA in the Program Management Office (PMO) National Industrial Security System (NISS) within the Program Executive Office (PEO) and will perform senior staff action officer functions for PM NISS.

Supports the development, production, and sustainment of systems, ensuring alignment and configuration of delivered products and services against stakeholder requirements, organizational goals, and governing regulations, protocols, and policies.
May serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) by developing Statements of Work (SOW), understanding of contract clauses based on laws; policy, and procedures contained in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and other directives;Serves as technical liaison for the contract ensuring satisfactory performance and timely delivery of products and/or services; provides technical direction/clarification and guidance to contract specifications included in the statement of work.
Drafts, reviews and/or finalizes documentation to support IT acquisition activities.
