Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls in a call center setting.
  • Conduct thorough recruitment, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of channels to attract potential candidates.
  • Verify references from previous employers.
  • Promote job positions and review job requirements.
  • Provide timely follow-up to all applicants.
  • Participate in job fairs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule job postings.
  • Oversee open job requisitions.
  • Check and respond promptly to voicemails and emails.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Background in recruitment and HR is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Enjoy engaging with individuals daily.
  • Ability to think creatively.
  • Professional and pleasant communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Task-focused individual with a strong drive for initiative.
