Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center is a 4-star quality measures facility, currently hiring a Full Time or Part Time Day 7am-3pm Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Every other weekend rotation required NO PRN AVAILABLE. Schedules are filling fast, apply now We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic candidate to join our exceptional team of caregivers PRN is not available.
Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - Not accepting CNAs in training or temporary certifications and we cannot accept Home Health Aides
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Review care plans daily
- Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty.
- Inform the Nurse Supervisor, LPN, or RN of any changes in the resident's condition
- Attends and participates in continuing educational programs
- Wash wheelchairs, walkers, etc., as instructed.
- Clean, disinfect, and return all resident care equipment to its designated storage area after each use
- Record the resident's food and fluid intake
- Provide daily Range of Motion Exercises
- Assist in ADLs
