SUMMARY
Plans layout, installs electrical fixtures and control equipment by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Measures, bends, assembles and cuts electrical conduit Performs wire pulling through conduit Performs splicing of wires Connects wires to lighting fixtures and power equipment Installation of breaker panels Repairing of faulty equipment or systems Installs and connects power cables and grounding leads to equipment Installation of probes and transducers Perform wiring of transformers Tie in Compressor Panels Transformer Wiring Perform wiring of defrost, lights, receptacles, Fire-Stats and T-Stats Measure and cut wiring harnesses for defrost and compressor wiring Other duties as assignedESSENTIAL SKILLS
Ability to read and understand Tape Measure Basic reading/writing skills Understanding of 6S Understanding of Torque Specifications Ability to read and understand all job specificationsBASIC REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related experience and/or training.
