About the Role:
Misfits Market is seeking a dynamic, innovative content creator who is proficient at producing engaging performance marketing video and organic social video.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in all aspects of video production, from the ideation stage to final deliverable.
- Work with stakeholders to satisfy production, schedule, edit, and quality requirements of multiple video projects .
- Demonstrate initiative, an ability to work independently, with a collaborative and goal-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with filming yourself, and a comfort level with being an on-screen talent, with an eagerness and enthusiasm to embody Misfits Market's mission and brand goals.
- Knowledge of performance marketing goals and principles, and experience working with Paid Marketing Teams.
- Solid experience with digital technology, iPhone videography, and video editing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Sharp storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Timely knowledge of social design features and trends.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

This is a remote, part-time contract position, 20hr/week @ $62.50/hr
