Requirements

Candidates will have experience in product management, designing, developing, and managing the rollout of products.Responsible for driving the Distributed Order Management roadmap, supporting the overall digital business and the order management, routing, and optimization capabilitiesResponsible for the post-purchase digital experience including returns, member care, and communicationsResponsible for cross-channel transactional communication roadmap leveraging email, sms, and push - ensuring members have clear visibility into their order statuses end-to-end

The ideal candidate will also have the following attributes:

BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, ecommerce fulfillment or related field5- 7 years professional experience in product management, retail, consulting or related field3-5 years experience in a distributed order management ecosystem, providing product management support for OMS, Order Routing, Communication services, and Contact Center capabilities.Deep understanding of the digital fulfillment ecosystemUnderstanding of online shopper funnelExperience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing actionable product roadmapStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead, manage stakeholder expectations, plan and estimate level of effort required to deliver and launch a product. Demonstrated ability to own projects, think big and influence across all levels of an organizationEcommerce experience with focus on Omni Channel capabilitiesData-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skillsExcellent communication skillsEffective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, agile In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
