The main purpose of the Billing Coordinator or Accounts Receivable Cashier is to create, reconcile, and send all Centralized and Extended Stay Billings as well as process all Payments and Adjustments for the Collections Team. Other duties including supporting the Government Coordinator with submitting SAM registrations, assisting with Airline billing, and other duties will be assigned as time permits. The Billing Coordinator/AR Cashier will be responsible for ensuring all requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The Billing Coordinator/AR Cashier will also ensure transactions are handled in accordance with standard operating procedures/departmental guidelines. This position will be on-site at our Moore, OK location with possibility of working remotely or hybrid in the future.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide AR support to hotel properties
  • The billing coordinator/AR Cashier will handle Centralized billing and cashier responsibilities for all hotels we support with in Shared Services as well as Franchise hotels through our extended stay billing program
  • Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices with the hotel
  • Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed
  • Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed
  • Some research and reconciliation may be needed
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers
  • Promptly respond to all inquiries
  • Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs.
  • Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions
  • Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected
  • Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization

Qualifications:

  • 1 year Accounts Receivable (AR) or B2B Collections experience required
  • 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience required
  • Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus
  • Hospitality
  • Accounting
  • Commercial Oil & Gas
  • Above-average written and oral communications skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
