Summary

This position is located at the Kyle Health Center in Kyle, South Dakota within the Business Office Division. The purpose of this position is to function as the Alternate Recourses Benefits Coordinator. The incumbent will report to the Business Office Manager or designee.



Duties
  • Interview and register patients to obtain demographic information to determine eligibility for alternate resources.
  • Act as an advocate to patients in securing alternate resources of insurance.
  • Follow up on pending claims.
  • Communicate with various local, tribal, state and federal entities to assist patient with alternate resources.
