As a VDC/BIM Engineer, you will be the "blueprint" for success, utilizing your expertise in virtual design construction to enhance and optimize project delivery. With your "mechanically-minded" approach, you'll be an integral part of taking projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Support and implement technology in design analysis, pre-construction, construction, and facility handover
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize project workflows and identify areas of improvement
- Utilize Autodesk Building Design Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 3DS Max, and Inventor) for design and modeling
- Read and comprehend contract documents and drawings
- Educate project teams on software and workflows used throughout the construction process

Essential Job Functions:

Apply 0-5 years of experience in the Mechanical industry to drive successful project outcomes
- Utilize VDC/BIM-related processes to enhance project efficiency
- Possess a strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Bring your experience in reality capture to the table
- Familiarity with subcontracts, subcontractors, and/or self-perform work is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 3DS Max, and Inventor) and VICO Office
- Previous exposure to ProCore project management software is desirable

Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Ability to make accurate conclusions based on gathered information
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends
