Smartwool & icebreaker: Integrated DTC Marketing Manager

What will you do?

As the Integrated DTC Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns for Smartwool and icebreaker brands in the US and Canada.

This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and partner with Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, Retail, Product, and Creative Marketing to drive DTC demand and grow market share for the Smartwool and icebreaker businesses. You will be an essential part of our team, assisting and helping execute asset production, digital marketing activations, and overarching branded marketing efforts across all DTC channels in AMER, while ensuring continuity with Global Marketing GTM priorities.

Responsible for leading and implementing short and long-term integrated marketing strategy, communicating consistent messages across e-commerce and retail marketing channels for Smartwool and icebreaker Develop and execute seasonal marketing strategies for all Smartwool and icebreaker DTC channels in North America Build strong partnerships and establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders, based upon a demonstrated collaborative approach, leadership skills and experience Partner with eComm and retail teams to ensure CRM and performance marketing is driving traffic and conversion Define, evaluate and report key metrics that tie to business goals Work closely with cross functional partners to support new product initiatives Brief and review all regional creative needs for , , , and icebreaker retail stores in North America Collaborate with regional paid media, social media, community, PR, and athlete teams to ensure continuity of brand expression across all campaigns Collaborate with internal CRM and CDP teams to develop and implement new advanced consumer targeting strategies Accountability for strategic delineation of seasonal marketing priorities and stories within Smartwool/icebreaker portfolio Lead and implement organic SEO strategy on and Maintain departmental calendars for internal and external stakeholders What do you need to succeed?

Problem-Solving: Sophisticated analytical skills to resolve related issues and anticipate future challenges. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate and persuade diverse audiences, with strong multicultural awareness. Hiring Range:

$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
