Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Logistics Director in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. #LI-MA1

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the comprehensive oversight of logistics, equipment, and inventory management as pertains to government property and logistics operations.
  • Key functions include oversight of life-cycle support from development through disposal, development and crafting staffing plans and facilitating coordination for depot operations during IPR meetings, preparation and regular updating of SOPs and the Project Management Plan (PMP. Integrates logistics operations, contributes to the Quality Management Plan (QMP) with logistics methodologies aligned to performance objectives.
  • Assists in transition planning including the documentation and transfer of logistics processes and inventory during Transition-Out.
  • Provides logistics financial data and supervises the implementation and management of the inventory management system for efficient equipment handling and logistics data reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
  • 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
  • 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
