Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other pertinent information.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures.
Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures, such as phlebotomy and EKGs.
Administer medications and injections under the direction of healthcare providers.
Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic.
Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Verify patient insurance information and process insurance forms.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and updating patient records.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
