Después de comprobar la asistencia, se presenta en la oficina de housekeeping para recibir instrucciones del Supervisor, así como los informes de las habitaciones y los armarios asignados.

Se asegura de tener suficientes suministros para realizar sus tareas, haciendo buen uso de ellos.

Realiza la limpieza siguiendo los procedimientos adecuados para las áreas como; pasillos y áreas de huéspedes, máquinas de hielo, ascensores, vestíbulos, escaleras, ascensores de servicio, también limpia muebles, alfombras, cristales, espejos, marcos, ventanas y objetos decorativos.

Mueve y acomoda muebles en habitaciones y realiza limpieza profunda de áreas de acuerdo a programas de limpieza establecidos. Realiza trabajos especiales asignados por los Supervisores, también ayuda al ama de llaves cuando es necesario

Transporta amenities de las tiendas de acuerdo con las instrucciones de los Supervisores

Recoge la ropa sucia y la lleva a la habitación. Así mismo recoge la basura de los pisos y la lleva al basurero.

Es responsable de las llaves y las utiliza estrictamente de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos para proteger las propiedades de los huéspedes y los propietarios. Informa a los Supervisores de cualquier situación irregular en el Hotel.
