The Contracts Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts throughout their lifecycle. This position collaborates with various teams, including Lega Sales, Professional Services, and Finance, to facilitate contract negotiations, drafting, execution, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a key portion of the contract lifecycle – specifically, the drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing of contracts such as: Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Statements of Work.Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Finance and Executive Management teams to ensure contracts adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and external parties.Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct periodic contract reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.Handle other special projects as assigned.Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university5+ years of experience in contract managementBackground in business law, contract negotiations, new technologies, and international environmentExperience in procurement practicesExperience with SaaS agreements a plusStrong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex legal concepts effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate cross-functionallyHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and drive operational excellenceHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow
