We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.
About our Program:
Population Served: 0-18
The Differential Response (DR) program supports families identified by child welfare to reduce the need for more formal child welfare involvement.
Services include needs assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation, therapy and case management services and family-centered care planning provided in the community.
What We Offer- Pay Range: $68,744 to $79,570 annually. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location.

Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
The Program Supervisor hires, develops, trains, and manages program staff to ensure quality services to youth and families, utilizing shadowing, coaching, and/or other activities that allow the observation of staff in action.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develops and supervises staff including hiring, coaching, training, disciplining and
- Oversees and supports the implementation of treatment plans.
- Ensures family voice and is culturally responsive to internal and external customers.
- Consults with clinical and medical staff about treatment plans, youth and family
- Completes all required documentation and ensures the same with direct reports.
- Supports staff in following all risk management and incident reporting procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all policy and procedures including adherence to all
regulatory standards.
- Ensures clinical documentation and quality assurance meets both agency and payor
- Ensures and monitors defined outcome achievement for youth and families and
- Partners with county referring departments, agencies and the community to ensure
needs.
- Manages operations including utilization of resources such as all administrative
- Pro actively identifies potential conflicts, leads parties to consensus and develops
- Facilitates and coordinates work groups as well as participation in cross functional
- Assumes a leadership role in the development of the team.
- Provides a variety of learning opportunities for staff including in classroom courses

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A combination of education and experience equivalent to a:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (B.A./B.S.).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social or mental health services delivery or residential care supervision.
