Position Summary:
The Manager of Nursing will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding our growing remote nursing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while optimizing team performance and maintaining alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of management experience, preferably within a startup environment, and is skilled in managing remote nursing teams in Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management.

Experience & Skills:
Must have 2-3+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong preference for startup experience, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Chronic Care ManagementProven experience managing large-scale remote nursing teams, with the ability to lead and inspire from a distanceStrong clinical background with a deep understanding of patient care best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, time management and organizational skillAdvanced knowledge of technology and computer systems, including Google Suite, Salesforce, EHR platforms, and managing spreadsheets. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentLicensure & Education:
Active Compact License Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license required Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferredOur Story:
