Business Intelligence Manager

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

The Business Intelligence Manager is charged with enhancing complex data models into simple and insightful visuals. You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, and other areas of the business to build data driven models to help make the InVue sales and supply chain teams more successful through implementing and optimizing processes such as sales reporting, incentives, lead management, forecasting, sales account strategy, and supply chain performance measurements and improvements. Having ability to understand, create and clarify KPI's into actionable insights to improve business will allow you to contribute to our overall company success.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Sales Management Programs

  • Manage Power BI dashboards, KPI's, and scorecards for Sales Business Reviews with Sales Directors and Business Development Managers
  • Assist in building the structure and rhythm for maintaining account plans driven through our CRM and Opportunity Systems
  • Analysis of sales pricing approval systems and tiers
  • Provide support on communication and alignment between Sales & Product teams leading goal setting and management reporting

Supply Chain Programs

  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards and KPI's to give insight as to delighting the customer
  • Warehouse analytics to enhance efficiencies and support growth
  • Working with Operations to establish and maintain a robust S&OP process
  • Help define reporting formats, ensure compliance, cadence, provide analysis and make recommendations

Other Duties

  • Monitor existing KPI metrics, developing new metrics, identity correlations and root causes
  • Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data metrics
  • Develop programs, methodologies, and reports for analyzing and presenting data for internal and external audiences
  • Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity
  • Develop ETL procedures from multiple data sources as needed to meet business requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of commercial experience in commercial business analytics, sales operations preferably working with high-growth product based manufacturing organization
  • Highly experienced in creating Power BI applications with a variety of data sources
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SQL a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ability to decipher complex financial and sales data and translate into actionable, easy to understand information for the internal and external audiences
  • Experience working in a technology company; electronic components, manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical business executives
  • Able to manage multiple projects and be self-motivated
  • Able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Team player; can be nimble and manage multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Big data exposure and understanding
  • Exposure to any programming language a plus
