Job Description
The Production Worker/Machine Operator will work with a variety of equipment including drills, benders, CNC, welders, presses, four slides, threaders, and more to produce custom wire forms and stampings. A successful Production Worker/Machine Operator is dependable with good attention to detail and focus while in a factory environment. Safe work habits are critical to this role. Manufacturing experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Role and Responsibilities
Adhere to quality standards.
Utilize checking fixtures as directed.
Package all product apppropriately.
Maintain operation target rates while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Record parts produced as well as keeping record of defective parts.
Requirements
Abiltiy to operate all equipment while observing safe work practices.
Tasks include standing, sitting, bending, movement of hands and feet, lifting up to 25 lbs.
Follow all company rules and policies, including safe work pactices.
