YOUR IMPACT
This is your chance to join a pivotal team at OpenText Professional Services, renowned for its global impact in Enterprise Information Management (EIM). As a Client Director for the North America Central Region, you will lead transformative initiatives, driving revenue and enhancing customer success through innovative service offerings.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Lead the sales and delivery of Professional Services across the North America Central Region, driving revenue and ensuring client success.
- Collaborate with sales, technical pre-sales, and other teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, meeting quarterly booking targets and exceeding client expectations.
- Negotiate project terms, deliverables, and costs, ensuring alignment with client needs and OpenText standards.
- Provide strategic leadership in project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level executives to deliver high-impact solutions and drive client satisfaction.
- Utilize expertise in OpenText product offerings to align solutions with client business requirements and industry best practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- University degree or college diploma, with 10+ years of IM/IT experience, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems management, including team leadership and budget oversight.
- Proven track record in selling Professional Services in ECM, with experience closing engagements totaling at least $1 million annually.
- Experienced in achieving or surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Deep understanding of complex business and technical processes, proficient in project management disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their application to client business requirements.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities, align business requirements with technology solutions, and provide accurate budget estimates.
- Previous experience in ECM projects and familiarity with major corporations in the Central United States preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel up to 3-4 days per week as needed.
