YOUR IMPACT

As a Client Director for the North America Central Region, you will lead transformative initiatives, driving revenue and enhancing customer success through innovative service offerings.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Lead the sales and delivery of Professional Services across the North America Central Region, driving revenue and ensuring client success.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical pre-sales, and other teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, meeting quarterly booking targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Negotiate project terms, deliverables, and costs, ensuring alignment with client needs and OpenText standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership in project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level executives to deliver high-impact solutions and drive client satisfaction.
  • Utilize expertise in OpenText product offerings to align solutions with client business requirements and industry best practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • University degree or college diploma, with 10+ years of IM/IT experience, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems management, including team leadership and budget oversight.
  • Proven track record in selling Professional Services in ECM, with experience closing engagements totaling at least $1 million annually.
  • Experienced in achieving or surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of complex business and technical processes, proficient in project management disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their application to client business requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities, align business requirements with technology solutions, and provide accurate budget estimates.
  • Previous experience in ECM projects and familiarity with major corporations in the Central United States preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel up to 3-4 days per week as needed.
