The meNtal health professional functions as the clinical lead of the multidisciplinary team per shift and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and respect for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.

EDUCATION
  1. Education: Master's Degree in behavioral sciences required or granted a Mental Health Professional (MHP) exception from the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) consistent with WAC
  2. Experience: Two (2) years' experience in mental health service required.
  3. Certification: Must have or apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within seven (7) days of employment (RCW May work as an agency affiliated counselor for up to sixty [60] days) or possess current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Social Worker Associate & Advanced (LSWAA) as defined by the Washington State Department of Health.

Salary Range: $ $35.68

This is a union position.
