Platform Support Lead – Cambridge, MA

We are seeking a HealthSuite Patient Monitoring Support professional to lead a global support team of specialists for Level 2, 24x7 support and operations to:

  • Establish and continuously improve proactive monitoring capabilities for on-prem and cloud-based solutions.
  • Resolve customer support cases based on SLAs – role is expected to be hands-on beneath building up the L2 team.
  • Establish effective communication structures and feedback loops between L1, L2 and L3 support to provide best-in-class service experience.
  • Continuously improve the support processes
  • Support establishing DevOps ways of working in collaboration with 3rd level support teams.
  • Continuously Identify, improve automation, and cost opportunities.
  • Drive proactive monitoring capabilities.
  • Involved in planning and release of updates to the platform.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's in engineering (or comparable)
  • 8+ years' experience in IT.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain
