Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Focus:
  • Lead all financial functions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders and business executives to develop strategic plans.

  • Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to your team, setting expectations and driving performance excellence.
Financial Expertise and Oversight:
  • Develop, monitor, and report on financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes according to US GAAP standards.
  • Analyze financial performance, investigate discrepancies, and support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee working capital management and product cost accounting for a manufacturing environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems and processes.
Compliance and Corporate Relations:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate entities for financial compliance.
  • Collaborate with tax and risk management teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead SOX compliance efforts by interfacing with corporate teams.
  • Ensure adherence to sales and use tax regulations.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience: Bring 10+ years of management accounting experience with plant controlling expertise.

Educational Background:
Hold a BS degree in Accounting, with an MBA being preferred.

Certifications / Licenses:
Possess CPA or CMA certification.

Software Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in accounting software. Proficiency in enterprise financial modules and statistical analysis software is advantageous.

Desired Skills:

  • Effective communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.
