- Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to your team, setting expectations and driving performance excellence.
- Develop, monitor, and report on financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes according to US GAAP standards.
- Analyze financial performance, investigate discrepancies, and support decision-making processes.
- Oversee working capital management and product cost accounting for a manufacturing environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems and processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate entities for financial compliance.
- Collaborate with tax and risk management teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead SOX compliance efforts by interfacing with corporate teams.
- Ensure adherence to sales and use tax regulations.
Extensive experience: Bring 10+ years of management accounting experience with plant controlling expertise.
Educational Background:
Hold a BS degree in Accounting, with an MBA being preferred.
Certifications / Licenses:
Possess CPA or CMA certification.
Software Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in accounting software. Proficiency in enterprise financial modules and statistical analysis software is advantageous.
