Position Description:

The Supply Chain Process Engineer will join the Supply Chain and Logistics team supporting the deployment and routine operation of the site intralogistics system for commercial operations (Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), Material Conveyance, Automated Guided Vehicles, etc.).

Intralogistics IntegrationpFMEA Controls for Material FlowSupply Chain and Logistics EngineeringSupply Chain and Intralogistics DigitalizationContinuous ImprovementPackaging EngineeringKey Objectives/Deliverables:Drive lean principles and ensure efficient and effective material flows are maintained Support end to end integration of innovative supply chain solutions to ensure efficient high speed automated logistics operationsCoordinate, cross functionally, to ensure intralogistics operations are optimized to support operational needsCreate and implement standard operating procedures for automated handlingCreate and implement pallet and bin cleaning strategies Define robust material identification strategies and implement process FMEA action itemsIdentify and implement business continuity strategies for the intralogistics systemSupport the deployment of digitalization for intralogistics system monitoring and warehousing operationsResponsible for ensuring the Logistics Systems (ASRS, Conveyance, AGVs, etc.) meet the demands of the businessIdentify and implement solutions to improve system efficiency to ensure maximum throughputMonitor the daily performance of the system, looking for trends and opportunities for continuous improvementMaintain Plan for Every Part and Plan for Every Flow data throughout the lifecycle of all production flows to ensure flows are balanced and rates are met by automation designWork closely with business leaders to identify when business demands will exceed the capability of the logistics systemAct as the subject matter expert within the supply chain and logistics organization for the intralogistics system operation.Requirements (Education, Experience, Training):Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain LogisticsQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
