Responsibilities Overview

• Guide students in refining tennis techniques and strategies for skill enhancement
• Design and implement safe and comprehensive tennis programs for sustained participation and positive feedback
• Create memorable member engagements through various activities, events, and well-maintained facilities
• Contribute to sales initiatives in collaboration with Membership Advisors, emphasizing tennis as a core aspect of our brand

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CPR and AED certifications obtained within 30 days of employment
• Outstanding customer service skills with a positive demeanor
• Proficient in tennis techniques and teaching styles
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities
• Experience working with diverse age groups and fostering positive relationships
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualities

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field
