About the Internship:

As a Sales Operations Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission-driven Market-Facing Team by assisting in various sales operations tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while making a real difference in communities across the country.
Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 3rd - July 26th 2024.
What You'll Do:
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating updates and refreshes in software tools like Pardot and Salesforce to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
- Report Generation: Generate reports to track progress metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to support decision-making processes.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases with accurate information to ensure data integrity and facilitate efficient workflows.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing communication channels.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations processes and implement best practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
- Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about sales operations, marketing operations and SaaS technology, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Adaptability and Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce, Pardot, etc..

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

- This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
