About Our Client
Our client is an Aerospace focused, precision machining and electro-mechanical manufacturer located west of Chicago. Backed by a multi-billion dollar parent organization, this location is a mid-sized facility with just under 100k in of AS9100 certified of production space. They have been in business for over thirty years, and have accumulated a long standing, secure client base resulting in continuous growth throughout that time.
Job Description
Utilize background in CNC manufacturing to aid in production and drive eficienciesRead / Interpret Blueprints and Customer Prints to Determine ManufacturabilityCreate and utilize relevant engineering documentation (BOMs, ECOs, SOPs, etc.)Collect and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and create solutionsHands on position, 85%+ on the floor - performing active troubleshooting of machineryWork alongside long tenured employees and senior manufacturing leaders to learn in-house processes and preferencesAssist in CNC programming / troubleshooting with the use of MasterCAMMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
