Position Overview
The Senior Photo and Video Producer role entails managing all aspects of producing advertising, digital, and social media content for Ralph Lauren's Collection and Purple Label brands, along with coordinating seasonal Fashion Show materials and events.
The Senior Producer will collaborate with global leaders in Marketing, Operations, Design, and Creative departments to deliver a variety of creative assets.
This position involves a combination of administrative tasks and production responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-house creative/art directors, stylists, designers, and Operations team on developing shoot campaigns.
- Identify and suggest talent that aligns with creative concepts.
- Negotiate rates, usage terms, and secure crews for projects.
- Engage with local production firms for partnerships.
- Create detailed shoot cost estimates.
- Organize and manage all travel arrangements for production crews.
- Supervise all teams on set in coordination with the hired production company.
- Handle billing and expenses related to shoots.
- Proficient in negotiation and budget management.
- Effective and precise communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Strategic thinker and adept problem solver.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Can work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
