Operations is a critical component of our business, fueling the success of our front of house team. The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness, as well as executing the operations strategy for the store. The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, and asset protection.


This is an ideal position for someone seeking to grow their career in a luxury retail back-of-house environment and who has an interest in contributing their skills and knowledge of operations, stock, repairs, and after sales. To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be extremely organized, love problem-solving, detail oriented and able to approach all issues proactively.
