TikTok is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join our Destination Services team, reporting to the Americas Global Mobility Process & Operations Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

As a key member of our global mobility function, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the relocation and assignment processes for our international workforce.

A strong foundation in HR practices and Global Mobility functions within a multinational setting is highly desirable.

This is a full-time 6-12 months contract position located in San Jose, California, U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate relocation cases with relocation management company
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence with external vendors
  • Serve as primary point of contact for expatriates and assignees, providing support and guidance throughout their assignment lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to facilitate seamless transitions for employees moving across borders
  • Collaborate as needed with internal stakeholder groups, including: Mobility Operations, Payroll, HR etc.
  • Responsible for all invoice and billing matters, including conducting regular audits
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 13 years of HR coordination/specialist experience in a highvolume, highintensity tech environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and solutionsoriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering highquality service to internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with global mobility practices and policies is a plus, but not required.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $43.


Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
