As a SUPERVISORY INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:Provide guidance and recommendations on learning strategies for Training Division Leads and oversee implementation.
Oversee day-to-day activities associated with the planning, analysis, design, development, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of learning products and programs.
Manage development of training programs and products by developing standards, guidelines, and procedures concerning instructional methodologies, administration, security, and integrity of highly innovative online and instructor-led training.
Lead teams responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating new and innovative (and improving upon existing) security training products and services to be delivered via eLearning, IL, VIL and performance support tools, among others.
Provide instructional systems design and development oversight and guidance for the design and development of training products and services.
Curriculum areas include but are not limited to:
Industrial Security, Information Security, Personnel Security, Physical Security, Insider Threat, Cybersecurity, Counterintelligence, and Security for Special Access Programs.
Manage and supervise ST's Instructional Systems Design staff and provide management guidance for contractor instructional systems design personnel.
