Pay Range: $23.60 per hour

About Us: We are a leading retail company seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations.

PURPOSE: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for efficiently managing the warehouse operations of each retail store. This role involves supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, ensuring smooth freight schedules, and maintaining a safe workplace.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving products
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
  • Implement warehouse safety programs and provide training to associates
  • Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
  • Complete necessary reports and audits
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in computer systems
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
  • Moderate to noisy work environment
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and move objects, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, and more.
