Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
Sort and clean donated goods, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for sale
Price items for shipment to stores, using discretion to identify high-quality merchandise
Handle merchandise with care, discarding items with suggestive messages, cult slogans, or other inappropriate content
Read and fill orders from Revenue Centers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Follow supervisor's orders without direct supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative
Keep records of processed goods and submit to supervisor, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting

Requirements:

Ability to run simple mechanized equipment, including pricing machines
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and beneficiaries
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and working under time constraints
Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis up to eight hours per day
