Veralto

On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher's Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher's Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform. The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates. As stewards of the world's most vital resources, Veralto will help ensure billions of people have safe food, water, and medicines every day. About The Role

As the Sr. Manager Solutions Architecture & Engineering, you will be working with your peers and Solutions Architects & Engineers to develop, maintain and support a growing number of services for a large global enterprise. As a key member of our Corporate IT (Information Technology) team, you will be involved in defining and implementing standards, automation and innovative solutions that support the success of our collaborative, science and technology driven businesses. Your team delivers a variety of services, such as Identity, Messaging, Unified Communications, SharePoint and Power Automation, to our portfolio of Operating Companies in a complex, global environment..

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a technical team of Architects and Engineers in the space of Identity & Directories, Messaging, Unified Communications, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Automate.
  • Driving future programs, providing expert input into the strategic development process, and maximizing return on investment of infrastructure technologies.
  • Together with your team, design enterprise-scale solutions and provide hands-on consultation across a broad spectrum of domains.
  • Mentor, guide, train your team and successfully enable the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits.
  • Research and recommend improvements to existing services and drive roadmaps for continuous improvement.
  • Lead a Global Shared Services Collaboration Team initiative, a group of technical associates from our Operating Companies tasked with supporting enterprise-wide solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Successfully managed a team of high-performing technical professionals.
  • 7+ years hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture where teamwork, communication, scripting, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
  • A proven track-record of successfully delivering secure and reliable implementations of new services.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and lead a team to deliver results.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • You have expertise in several of the following technologies:
    • Unified Communications (Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, Live Events, Audio Conferencing)
    • Messaging Services (Exchange Online, Messaging Hygiene and Security Services)
    • (Azure) Active Directory
    • Design and implementation experience in the Microsoft 365 platform.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Good understanding of budgeting, financial management and vendor management
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $192,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
