We are actively hiring an Retail Vendor Manager to support one of the largest eCommerce companies based in Seattle, WA. Role will be 100% remote but must be able to support PST hours. Role will bay $28-30/hr DOE

You will work directly with the fashion deals team to manage key strategic deal events.

The Vendor Management position offers an exciting introduction to our online retail business and a broad training ground for future success.

This role will work directly with the Fashion Deals Team. You will develop skills and work across all three functional areas (Vendor Management, In-stock and Site Merchandising) to ensure the success of Amazon's promotional events. This role is an ideal start on one of the most supportive, high-functioning teams and will provide a great cross section of roles and responsibilities to the ambitious candidate who is eager to drive a business to success. This role will be responsible for supporting Deals execution and management for our Fashion's Marquee Promotional Events. They will play a key role in ensuring Promotional Events are successful and meet a high Customer Experience bar.

Job Description:

  • The team is looking for a Retail Vendor Manager that will be responsible for supporting the execution and management of deals. Our environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams and management. The role will be responsible for the following:
    • Deal creation, execution, and management (100+ deals)
    • Deal customer experience and error audits
    • Walk the store (by style, brand) to find and remediate issues
    • Partner with Retail teams to ensure deals are error free
    • Ensure deals launch with no defects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4+ years of experience working within ecommerce, tech process improvement, program/product management, etc.
  • Strong numeric and analytic aptitude
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Efficiency in Excel; they work in a lot of files so quickly being able to manipulate data and ensuring accuracy i.e. pivot tables/VLOOKUP's, being comfortable with large datasets and moving quickly
  • Must have experience managing large data sets
  • Process management – they are big on processes and system processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • SQL or any data-driven skills would be a huge plus
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Work experience in national branded or vertical fashion retailer.
