The Corporate Security CW is responsible for processing physical access control transactions, to include basic programming of the system and performing basic clerical duties to include data entry, data management and project tracking. The CW will provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction by handling internal and external customer inquiries and concerns regarding security incidents, alarms, site and personnel changes, system and equipment problems, and other questions/notifications regarding service provided by Corporate Security through various forms of communication. The CW shall adhere to all operational standards and follow policies and procedures set by our client. The CW shall follow up with information and research regarding assigned projects, events and requested services accurately and in a timely manner.

responsibilities:
· Monitor and maintain the card access system while responding accordingly and professionally in a timely manner.

· Triage service tickets and take appropriate action.

· Assist with activities related to the access control system conversion project.

· Process access control and service request tickets, ensure required approvals are obtained and take appropriate action.

· Create/update access control records, apply appropriate access levels and issue physical access control credentials.

· Submit service tickets to third-party security systems integrator; manage ticket life-cycle to conclusion.

· Solicit pertinent information from callers and relay complex facts and details accurately and concisely to the appropriate personnel.

· Prepare, complete, and project related reports to include stats/metrics and work orders.

· Monitor and maintain all forms of communication to include email, phones, cell phones, and/or personal contact with internal and external customers while responding accordingly and professionally in a timely manner.

· Perform other duties as assigned by Corporate Security management.
