Job Description:
Responsible for developing and maintaining a compliance program that identifies, measures, and monitors compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Partners with the business, Legal, and Internal Audit to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters. Assesses and measures compliance risks. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Supports process improvements. Reports and executes business solutions to address identified gaps.
- Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.
- Drives process changes to enhance control and efficiencies in support of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Governance
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Compliance Or Risk Governance
Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's Degree in Human Resources

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
