The Cloud/Cyber PS Manager is responsible for leading service delivery teams that focus on the sub practices capabilities and solutions. This role will work to align our deployment practices with the needs of our clients while applying industry best practices to project delivery. The right candidate will focus on the mentoring, growth, and development of the practice teams and their leaders. While leading this team, you will also work closely with the sales organization within Red River to ensure accurate scoping, and proper cost modeling. This position will align to the project management organization to improve delivery processes, as well as our managed services department when transitioning new or changed environments back to support.

Primary Position Tasks:

  • Manage staff to ensure they are meeting individual/group goals
  • Lead project teams toward identified outcomes.
  • Work with the Technical leaders throughout the organization on growth and direction within the Sub Practice Technologies.
  • Participate and align senior team members in the creation of new service offerings, working across divisional organizations to maximize efficiencies and success.
  • Participate in scoping and pricing of projects with the sales and sales engineering teams.
  • Work with the leaders across the Consulting Services Organization to improve processes and efficiencies around resource management and project efficiencies.
  • Work to improve our documentation, ranging from Statement of Work refinement to client-facing deliverables.
  • Build an environment of trust, high performance and engagement by establishing clear goals and a commitment to feedback, development and recognition within the team you manage.
  • Assist in projects when necessary. This includes but is not limited to: Preparation of large project launches, project issue escalations, and resource constraints.
  • Review project escalations and work with project team on resolution.

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field
  • Experience delivering small and large projects.
  • In depth knowledge of the Cloud/Cyber OEM Installation, configuration and deployment strategies.

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Experience as part of a Systems Integrator (or similar) company within the past 5 years
  • Experience leading a technical team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Creative person with the ability to design innovative solutions
  • Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Essential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used):

  • Remote Position: This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.
  • Willing to Travel: This position may require travel up to 50% time to meet with regional teams and clients
