We are looking for an accomplished Program Management Sr Analyst with hands-on experience setting up, implementing and leading sophisticated projects and initiatives. This position is perfect for the results-oriented professional who is passionate about leading marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring they are completed effectively and on schedule. This individual will collaborate with various teams internally and externally, including product marketing and creative, to coordinate their efforts ensuring project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership: Lead sophisticated projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partnersrs.
  • Project planning: Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and prioritization. When applicable, participate in strategic planning for the team.
  • Risk management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet Salesforce's quality standards.
  • Team management: Lead, mentor, and empower project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities and serve as a key cross-team problem solver.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Process improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of direct project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter able to work independently with ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing project teams and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers
  • Creative agency experience
  • Proficient in using Slack

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found at the following link:
