- Provide guidance and supervision to the underground maintenance team within the maintenance department
- Execute maintenance and repair plans in a safe and efficient work setting while enforcing company policies
- Contribute to operational goals by minimizing risks, maximizing value, and emphasizing Safety, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Fulfill any other assigned tasks as needed
- Preferably have at least five (5) years of experience in underground mining
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Mandatory two (2) years of experience in underground mobile maintenance
- A proven track record of adhering to safety protocols is essential
- Solid proficiency in computer usage is an advantage
- Must be able to collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Demonstrated attention to detail with exceptional accuracy
- Strong organizational, time management, and office administration abilities are required
