About the TeamFinancials Settlements is a unified, global, and secure solution for all payment needs.
We process over 15 different payment types including payroll.
We work very closely with other teams like HR, Students, Spend etc to build a cohesive payment solution.

years of experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service); UML is a plus8

years of OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etcBS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.

Other qualificationsExperience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)Strong working knowledge of design and analysis of software for performanceYou believe applications should be usable and configurableMust be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skillsExperience mentoring other team members through pair programming, code reviews, knowledge sharing, hackathons, etc.

Proven grasp of design patterns, coding best practices and be able to write unit-testable code.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Experience leading features & design through implementation & support phases.

Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plusWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
