Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Minuteman Sustainment team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the US Air Force Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) program. In this role, the Analyst focuses on administration operations supporting the ICBM Infrastructure Division Chief, and Division leadership, highlighting areas of clerical, logistical and administrative skills. This is an exciting opportunity to get into the Defense industry

Responsibilities include:Clerical/logistical/administrative skills Track and manage Defense travel systems and performance evaluation system timelinesRecords management following federal requirement to include civilian timekeepingManage personnel notification, alert and recall rosters and organizational chart maintenanceMonitor assigned tasks as requiredHandle U.S. Postal Service drop off and pick upArrange meeting logistics for the DivisionSchedule phone/video teleconferences, printing documents, IT support requestsManage and automate calendars for Division leadershipGreet office visitors, screen/direct phone calls and submit visit request to security officesPrepare/review/edit documentation for signature, draft memos, perform quality control on award nominationsManage office supplies, coordinate on maintaining Division supplies#ASFSRequired Education, Experience, & Skills 5 years of professional working experience Strong experience with Microsoft Office programsPrevious experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying personalities across all functionsStrong clerical aptitude as well as excellent written and verbal communicationMust be willing to travel 25%Strong clerical aptitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication** Please note that pursuant to government requirements, this specific position requires US citizenshipPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Strong clerical aptitude as well as excellent written and verbal communicationExperience preparing professional documentation for reporting to upper managementAbility to engage and collaborate in team-oriented environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Access and share pointCurrent or recent (less than 2 years) DoD security clearance Secret or higher desiredPay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109530

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
